Aiden Gilbert is so excited to be a part of State48’s production of Anne of Green Gables.  This is Aiden’s third production with State48; In the past, you may have seen him in Villains (Prince Philip) or The Scarlett Pimpernel (Armand Saint-Just) Aiden currently attends American Leadership Academy for his Sophomore year. When not on Stage, Aiden enjoys working out, playing music, and hanging out with friends. Aiden would like to thank His directors and the rest of the State48 team for their tireless work on the show, his castmates for being so fun to perform with (love you guys!! :purple_heart:), and of course, his family for always supporting him.

Audreanna Smyth (Phil) is happy to be here at another State 48 production. She’s 17 years old and a senior at Highland High School. When she’s not singing, dancing, or acting, she’s doing artwork or playing dungeons and dragons with her friends. She’d like to thank her friends for supporting her and her family for the same (plus gas money). You might have also seen her in Sleeping Beauty (Sleeping Beauty), Villains (Witch Hazlenut), and many more shows here at State 48. She encourages all actors to follow their dreams. Peace out.

Averi Williams (Diana Barry Sr) is so excited to be in her 4th show at State 48! Averi is 13 and an 8th grader at Poston Jr. High. Some of her favorite productions have been Murder at Sunset (Betty and Emily), Cinderella (Lady Nissa), Beauty and the Beast (Silly Girl) and many more. Averi enjoys singing, dancing, acting, reading, writing, and participating in her show-choir group. She also enjoys playing with her adorable puppies. She would like to thank Chantel, Amy, Andrea and most importantly her Mom for always doing as much to help her acting ambitions!

Bryson Giles (Mr. Allan) is excited for his first time on stage with State 48. This is Bryson’s second production after playing Captain Jimmy in Pirates, a Love Story. Bryson wants to thank his beautiful wife and sassy kids for motivating him to get off his tuchus and perform. He also thanks Chantel, Amy, and the crew for all their hard work – and his mother for dressing him up nice.

Calli Overstreet (Miss Stacy) loves performing arts of every kind! She is the owner of Fuse Performing Arts Center and The Fuse Box! She loves watching State 48 fill the theatre with memorable shows and musicals. She teaches dance to all ages, choreographs shows and musicals, and performs any time she can. She loved playing Phoebe in State 48’s last musical, Murder at Sunset. She loves being a part of the creative process and working with her talented friends to make magic on stage. She thanks Amy and Chantel for being such awesome directors/managers. Yay for you! She thanks Marla for making all of the cast members look top notch. She thanks the cast for deciding to audition and be part of theatre-a life changing thing! She also thanks all of the other adults in this cast for being an example that you never have to stop performing no matter what age you are! Bravo!

Carson Giles (Charlie Sloane Jr.) is 10 and and is a 5th grader at Quartz Hill Elementary. This will be Carson’s 9th show. His previous roles have been: Toto in The Wizard of Oz (Fuse PAC), Slightly in Lost in Neverland (Fuse PAC), a soldier in PALS (State 48),  Caranak in Sleeping Beauty (State 48), Grumpy in Villains (State 48), Vicomte de Tournay in The Scarlet Pimpernel (State 48) and Kolby in Cinderella (State 48). In his free time Carson loves playing video games, board games and hanging out with friends. He would like to thank Chantel, Amy, and his family for all their support and guidance.

Chris Smyth (Royal Gardner/Billy) has been in many shows before. He loves to act, dance, sing, skate, and hang out with his friends. He is 13 years old attending Highland Junior High School in the 8th grade, moving to the 9th grade. He has done many shows with State 48 Theatre Company and with Andrea McFeely, such as Pirates a Love Story, Hamlet in Three Rings, Sleeping Beauty, Jekyll and Hyde, Villains, The Scarlet Pimpernel, Cinderella, and Murder at Sunset. He would like to thank Andrea, Karli, Chantel, and all of his friends for helping him through tough times and encouraging him to do more shows.
Emmie Glazebrook (Ruby Gillis Senior) is so excited to be performing in her 20th show! Emmie is 16 years old and attends Highland High school. Her favorite things to do are singing, dancing, and acting and she has been doing them basically her entire life. She takes advanced tap, teen hip-hop and teen jazz with the best dance company ever, Fuse Performing Arts, and is also in the show choir Wildfire, at Fuse. She takes dance and choir at school and voice and piano lessons outside of school. Emmie also loves hanging out with her friends and throwing parties. She is so thankful for Chantel, Amy, Calli, Karli, and Andrea and her amazing family for helping her and inspiring her to grow and be better everyday. She is so thankful for the opportunity to be a part of this amazing theatre company that has become her second family.

Chris Valenzuela (Station Master/ Dr. Hale/ Mr. Phillips) is HONORED to be a guest actor in this production of Anne of Green Gables! Chris has performed with State 48 for almost a year, playing roles such as Citizen Paul Chauvelin in “The Scarlet Pimpernel” and Detectives Jimmy Reardon & Benedict in the original musical “Murder at Sunset.” He is also currently a principal dancer in MCC’s production of Mamma Mia! Chris would like to extend his eternal gratitude to Andrea, Chantel, and Amy for creating the wonderful vision this show has! In addition, he would like to thank his fellow guest actors, who also happen to be his mentors in musical theater and good friends! Finally, a thanks to the wonderful youth of this show who are a constant reminder of how great of an influence theater is for the good of mankind! Muito Obrigado!

Delmy Giles (Mrs Allan) is excited to be in a show with her children at State 48! Her prior stage experience was also with Andrea and Karli (a few years back) as a Pirate Lass and Bar Maid in Pirates, a Love Story with Tuscany Theatre Company. Delmy is a member of the State 48 Theatre Board and enjoys supporting her kids in their performing endeavors. She would like to thank her family for their support and Debbi for doing her hair.

Evie Arnold (Priscilla Grant) is 13 and is an 8th grader at Highland Junior High. This is Evie’s 10th show and she’s happy to be apart of Anne. Some of her favorite roles include Lena Murder at Sunset {ST48}, Derryth Sleeping Beauty {ST48}, and Minion Villans {ST48}. When she’s not on stage she enjoys reading, sleeping, watch movies, not doing homework, having fun, playing in jazz band, rocking out to music with her brother Jake, and hanging out with her friends. She would like to thank Chantel and Amy for this wonderful opportunity, all the cast for making this show sooo much fun and her family for letting her do this show and supporting her all the way through the show. And most of all everyone who gave her a ride. 🙂

Grace Davis (Jane Andrews Sr.) is almost 14 and is beginning her 8th grade year at Poston Jr. High. Grace enjoys singing, acting, dancing, softball, and playing the ukulele! She is also taking choir at PJH! Some of her favorite roles have been the Evil Stepmother (Cinderella), the Dragon (Shrek), Madame De La Grande Bouche (the dresser) {Beauty and the Beast}, and Gwen (Murder at sunset) {ST48}! This will only be her second production with state 48 but she has already fallen in love with the company. She is, also, so excited to be joining WILDFIRE this year! She was so inspired by all her friends that she just had to try it out. Grace would like to thank her family, Chantel, Amy, Andrea, Karli, Calli and everyone else who helped put this production together (especially the amazing and loving cast), and how could she forget her crazy amazing friends!!! She is so grateful for all of you. Thank you and enjoy the show!!!

Iris Giles (Diana Barry Jr.) is 11 and is in 6th grade at Quartz Hill Elementary. This will be her 14th production. Some of her favorite roles have been Tinkerbell in Lost In Neverland (Fuse PAC), Jane in Peter Pan & Wendy (AYT), Pirate Lass Charlotte in Pirates a Love Story (State48), and Vultura in Villains (State 48). She was last seen as Cook in Fuse PAC’s Step In Time. Iris is also in Fuse’s show choir, Wildfire. Iris loves playing the piano and writing songs. She would like to thank Chantel, Amy and her family for their guidance and support.

Jacki Beltran (Mrs. Berry) is excited to be back on the State 48 stage. This is her 4th production with State 48. Her past roles include The Sexton (Much Ado About Nothing), Officer Merriweather (Murder At Sunset), Page #1 (As You Like It), and now Mrs. Berry in Anne Of Green Gables. She would like to thank Chantel Powers, Amy Smyth, and Andrea McFeely for giving her this opportunity to return to the stage. She would also like to thank her family and friends for their continued support of her on her many crazy adventures.

Jennifer Sinodis Rosson ( Aunt Josephine) is on stage for the first time with State 48. She has worked and volunteered in theater behind the scenes for over 10 years and is excited to make her stage debut. She is a model data architect and a mother of three from Chandler, Arizona. She dedicates her performance to her mother who always said she was a drama queen which apparently she has passed on to her own daughter!

Judith Connors (Rachel Lynde) is  thrilled to be performing in her third production at State 48!  Her first two roles here were Joanie in Murder at Sunset and Adam in As You Like It.  Judith was primarily a dancer in her younger years, having earned a B.A. in Dance Production and Choreography from SFSU in 1993.  Her favorite role as a young adult was Gymnasia in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.  After a long hiatus from the stage, she decided to return to performing this year, focusing on acting this time, a choice that has proven to be both rewarding and therapeutic.  Judith would like to thank her family and friends for their support and encouragement as well as Andrea, Chantel and Karli for given her opportunities to shine again!

Kaitlee Glazebrook (Christine Stuart) is so excited to be a part of this production! Kaitlee is 14 and is in the 9th grade. This will be her 13th production and 6th with State 48! Some of her favorites include Lost in Neverland with Fuse PAC, Villains and the Scarlet Pimpernel with State 48! Kaitlee loves theatre and performing! State 48 is her second home and she couldn’t enjoy it more! In Kaitlee’s free time, when she’s not in a theatre production, she’s dancing with Fuse PAC and singing in show choir there. Fuse and State 48 have always been a big part of Kaitlee’s life and she never wants to give up her dreams of being a TV/Broadway actress one day! Kaitlee would like to thank all of her best friends, directors, stage managers, and helpers including Amy, Delmy, Chantel and Andrea for all the work they’ve done to help her improve in her performing talents and for making every show she’s been in amazing! Most of all, Kaitlee would like to thank her family for supporting her in acting and for doing it with her! Enjoy the show everyone!

Karli Kemper (Mrs. Spencer) is very excited to join Anne of Green Gables as a cast member! Karli serves as a Co-Artistic Director here at State 48 Theatre and loves being able to interact with so many wonderful and talented actors of all ages as a producer, music director, sound designer, and now as a cohort on stage! She would like to thank her company partner, Andrea, for being brilliant, talented, hilarious, and for being the best of friends. She would like to thank Chantel, Amy, and the cast and crew for being a part of the company and making the show a fun success. She would like to thank her family (many of whom are also part of this show) for their love and support and for sharing their amazing talents in the arts. And most of all she would like to thank her fabulous husband, Justin, and darling boys, Jaxson and Ashton, for being her heroes and greatest support and for bringing her eternal happiness!

Kayla Spencer (Ruby Gillis Jr) is so excited to be performing in her second show with State 48! Kayla is in 7th grade and is a competitive dancer. Her love for dance led her to discover a love for theater! Kayla has performed in Lost in Neverland, Shrek, and Fidler on the Roof and has loved it! She is so thankful to Karli, Chantel, and Andrea for making her a part of this show. She is also thankful to her family and friends for making this possible and can’t wait to continue with her love for theater.

Julia Webster ( Minnie May and Salesgirl) is in her 2nd show with State 48. She was in State 48’s Murder at Sunset and she loves to sing and dance at Fuse PAC and has just found a new love of theater. She is so grateful to Chantel, Andrea and Karli for giving her this swell experience and for her sister who introduced her to theater.

Lainey Glazebrook (Anne Shirley Jr.) is very excited and happy to be playing Anne because it is her first lead. This is her 11th show she has been in. Lainey is 12 years old and goes to ALA. She loves to sing, act, and dance. She takes dance at Fuse Pac and does pre teen jazz, tap, hip hop, and also the show choir, Wildfire. She is very thankful for Karli, Calli, Andrea, Amy, and Chantel for all the support. She also wants to thank her family for everything. Lainey loves this theater family so much.

McKenna Henry (Jane Andrews Jr) is 12 years old, homeschooled, and has been in shows since the age of 4. Most recently she could be seen as a birdgirl in Seussical the Musical (Limelight), Schroeder in You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown (Limelight) and Ella/Eldon in Cinderalla (State48). She also received both NYA and Zoni nominations for her portrayal of Sheldon Potts in Junie B. Jones the Musical (Limelight) last season. McKenna would like to thank Emma England and Jamie Bauer-Spano for their years of teaching and guidance molding her into the performer she is today. She would also like to thank Chantel and the rest of the State 48 team for this opportunity and the rest of the cast for making this a fun and memorable experience.

Noah Giles (Charlie Sloane Sr.) is 13 years old and is an 8th grader at ALA North Gilbert. He has been on a stage since he was 7. He has been in 16 productions with FUSE PAC, AYT, and State 48. He also loves being a part of Fuse’s show choir, Wildfire. He is very excited about future shows with State 48. He would like to thank all his friends and directors for supporting him.

Paula Connors (Josie Pye Jr.) is an 8th grader at Smith Junior High where she is a member of student council and NJHS. She is thrilled to be in her 5th show at State 48 and her 17th production overall! She was most recently seen as a “Featured Dancer” in Mary Poppins Jr. and as “Frankie” in Murder at Sunset. Her favorite roles include “Sheriff of Nottingham” in Robin Hood and “Little Red Shadow” in Little Red Riding Hood. She would like to thank Chantel and Amy for giving her this opportunity to show her evil side. She would also like to thank her best friend, Lily, for getting her started in theatre in the first place.

Sofia Lindsey (Anne Shirley Sr.) is 13 years old and attends Horizon Honors Secondary where she is a member of honors corale and honors drama. This is her first performance with State 48 Theatre, and her 11th show overall. Her favorite previous credits include Star-to-Be in Annie at Ahwatukee Children’s Theatre, Daisy in Wonderland High at Pinnacle Creative Arts, Arista/Ensemble in Disney’s The Little Mermaid at Limelight Youth Theatre (NYA nominee) and Ariel in Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr. at Chandler Youth Theatre. She would like to thank Chantel, Amy, and the extremely amazing cast of Anne of Green Gables for making this show an incredible first experience at State 48! She would also like to thank her family and friends for all of their love and support.

Sofia Lopez (Gertie Pye) is very excited to be working in her first performance with State 48. She is in 8th grade at Heritage Academy and loves school. She loves singing, dancing, acting and playing her many instruments. She takes dance at Fuse PAC where she takes Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, and performs in Wildfire. This is her 6th show and she would like to thank Chantel and Amy for casting her in this performance.

Sophie Lundgreen (Sophia Sloan) is in 8th grade at Highland Jr High.  She loves all things theater and has performed in various productions with State 48, Fuse and AYT.  Some of her favorites include Villians, Lost in Neverland, and The possibly True Tales of Little Red Riding Hood.  She would like to thank Chantel and the rest of State 48 for this opportunity to perform with some of her favorite people!

Teagan Dinyes (Josie Pye Sr.), age 13, is an 8th grader at Sunrise Middle School.  She has performed in many theatre productions around the valley over the past 3 years, As You Like It (Phoebe) at State 48 being the most recent.  Some favorite previous roles include Lady Sable (CinderElla), Condora (Villains), Zazu (Lion King Jr), and Pepper (Annie Jr).  Teagan really enjoys working with cast and crew at State 48 Theatre and thanks Chantel, Andrea, and Amy for the opportunity.  Teagan takes dance and voice classes, is a member of the theatre performance troop at school, and works on developing an animated web series with her friends.

Treven Nuttall (Matthew) is very grateful to the State 48 team for the opportunity to play the role of Matthew. This is his 3rd production with them – he was also in Much Ado About Nothing and Murder at Sunset. Treven thanks his fabulous thespian kids who motivated him to give stage acting a try. He also thanks the cast and crew of Anne of Green Gables for being so patient, supportive and kind.

Valerie Tanner (Marilla) is brand new to State 48.  Some of her favorite past roles include:  Aunt March in Little Women, Reverend Mother in Nunsense, Mrs. Tottendale in The Drowsy Chaperone, Aldonza in Man of LaMancha, and Fanny Brice in Funny Girl.  Valerie loves to direct, teach, and coach acting and has worked with private students and schools around the East Valley for many years.  She also teaches and choreographs fights and is a member of the Society of American Fight Directors.  Valerie is excited to be a part of this wonderful classic with such amazing people.
